The Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered on Saturday afternoons from 3:15 to 4:30. There is no specific age or grade level at which a child must receive First Reconciliation, but here at Corpus Christi, preparation for the Sacrament of Reconciliation takes place in the second grade. The children are prepared in their formation classes along with guidance from their parents. There are parent meetings and retreats so parents can further explore their faith and aid their children in preparation for this Sacrament. We at Corpus Christi believe that all sacraments are just as important, so we take a full year to prepare children for both First Reconciliation and First Eucharist. Fill out the registration form and drop it by the Parish office. NOTE: If you have an older child in need of this sacrament, but who HAS been attending religious formation classes, contact Mary Kellison at 719-633-1457 ext 17 .
