Parishioners who have been confirmed may serve in this ministry. This ministry reflects the "one body, one spirit in Christ" celebrated and nourished in the celebration of the Liturgy. Ministers receive training, and are mandated by the Bishop prior to service. The materials from the training course are provided for your review. You must attend the training session in order to be scheduled as a Eucharistic Minister. Since it is an honor to assist at the Liturgy, Eucharistic Ministers are held especially responsible to fulfill their duties when scheduled. See scheduling policy for more details.
